LEGO facts
LEGO bricks are part of a universally compatible system that was patented in 1958, so if you found a brick made from 1958 onwards, you could still connect it to bricks made today.
LEGO began as a wooden toy in 1932 and didn’t become an interlocking system until 1949.
The plural of LEGO is LEGO.
